Orders and contract

By placing an order, you submit an offer to buy the selected products. We confirm receipt by email. The purchase contract is formed when we send an order-confirmation email. We may cancel an order before dispatch if a product is unavailable, a price or listing contains an obvious error, payment cannot be authorised, or fraud is reasonably suspected. Where payment has been captured for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Prices, taxes, and import charges

The applicable product price, shipping charge, currency, and any taxes collected by the checkout are shown before the order is placed. For deliveries outside the seller's country, customs duties, import VAT/GST, brokerage, or similar import charges may be imposed by the destination country. Where the law permits and these charges are not included in checkout, the recipient is responsible for them. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or any charge that applicable law requires the seller to pay or disclose differently.

Product visuals

Some product visuals may use AI-assisted image processing for presentation. Product visuals are illustrative and may vary slightly in colour, scale, or appearance across screens. This does not change the product description, any mandatory product information, or your statutory consumer rights. If a product is materially different from its listing, contact us promptly.

Products and safe use

Use products only as described and in accordance with any product packaging, warnings, and instructions supplied with the product. Do not modify a product. If a product appears damaged, unsafe, or materially different from its listing, stop using it and contact us promptly.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumers may have statutory rights relating to cancellation, refunds, and remedies for goods that are not in conformity with the contract. Our Returns & Refund Policy explains how to exercise those rights.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit the store or place an order. Personal data needed to fulfil an order may be shared with Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and fulfilment providers acting for us.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seller's place of establishment, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence.
