How to contact us

To request a return, cancellation, refund, or to report a product issue, email janzagrzeb@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Do not send a product back before receiving return instructions. Our return address is: Filip Galiński, Szajnowicza 9a/1, 02-796 Warsaw, Poland.

Right to cancel for EEA/UK consumers

If you are a consumer in the EEA or the United Kingdom, you may cancel a distance purchase within 14 days after you, or a person you nominate, receives the goods, unless a legal exception applies. To exercise this right, send us an unequivocal statement by email before the deadline. You may use the following wording: “I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the purchase of the following goods: [goods], ordered on [date], received on [date], name: [name], address: [address], date: [date].”

Please return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us about cancellation. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, not as described, or mandatory law provides otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or proof that they were sent back, whichever occurs first. We refund the product price and, where required by law, the standard outbound-delivery cost, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise.

Defective or non-conforming items

If a product is damaged, defective, unsafe, or not as described, contact us promptly with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and provide the repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, return label, or other remedy required by applicable law. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights.

Orders outside the EEA/UK

For other destinations, cancellation and return rights are governed by applicable law. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions. We do not require customers to waive rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
